How much do I pay upfront?

Nothing! It's completely free to reserve your delivery date and start your fundraiser. You do not have a financial commitment until 48 hours before your delivery date when you tell us your final order count. Yep, you're not on the hook for payment until AFTER your participants have already sold their butts, hams, and turkeys.


How far do you deliver?

We will deliver hot meat anywhere up to 4 hours from Northport, Alabama. This is roughly from Nashville to Mobile, and from Memphis to Atlanta. If you are further away and would like to sell our meats, reach out! Where there's a will there's a way, and we're pretty darn good at finding ways to help our people.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Feel free to email or give us a call anytime. When you call us, you get a person, not a phone tree, and we love hearing from you! We know you've got a lot on your plate, and we're here to help in any way that we can.


How many items can be delivered on one day?

We do have a maximum number of hot items that can be delivered per day. We can do 400 Boston Butts, and 200 Bone-In Hams.


What happens when I do not sell the minimum number of items?

To have a delivery you must sell at least 60 butts or 40 hams. If you do not sell the minimum you can postpone your day and try to sell more, or we can combine your cook with another customer when space and time permits.


Can I have more than one meat delivered on one day?

Yes! We now can deliver 2 types of meat per day. 200 butts and 100 hams.


Can you deliver to my supporters?

Unfortunately the cost is too great for us deliver to multiple locations. We will deliver hot to one location of your choice, however.


How do I reheat my ham or pork butt?

It's easy! Just cover and place in the oven or in a crock pot and heat at 300 degrees until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165 degrees. If the meat is frozen it should take about 3 hours in the oven. If you meat is thawed you can heat a few portions at a time in the microwave. Do not try to heat large pieces of meat in the microwave -- it dries out and doesn't taste as great. Pull or chop it up in small pieces before heating and enjoy!


What if I sell more than the maximum?

That's great! Many of our customers sell many more than the maximum. All we do is just add more delivery days. We will check with you during your sell time to see how things are going. If it looks like you will need more days, we can add them. Some of our customers have 10 or more delivery days!!


Can I buy an extra butt to freeze ?

Absolutely! We heat-seal our meats in professional, food-grade plastic packaging so they are completely sealed right out of the smoker. You can put the entire package in the freezer exactly as it is. If you're freezing a partial package, you'll want to use heavy-duty freezer baggies and squeeze out as much air as you can.
